February makes me shiver.

Even in a city of 2.5 million, there's a feeling of togetherness when snow blankets the streets at an exciting rate.
We have almost 30cm now.

Some not-particularly-good pictures (it was cold out):

P.S. I have 3 blog posts as drafts right now and will eventually finish one. Eventually.

  3. The first time I ever saw snow was just last November, in Japan. It was incredible. It was like something out of a postcard. I can still remember vividly what it was like walking down the snow-covered streets at night, and there was no one else out on the streets except us. It was just... awesome. Words can't do it justice, really.

  4. Lucky! It doesn't snow that often in southern US, though we do get snow make-up holidays.

  5. We've had literally 0.5 cm this entire year, and it was gone by the time I ate breakfast. You lucky Canadians.
